Our club is bustling with activity, and court time is in high demand! To ensure everyone gets a fair chance to play, we’re emphasizing the importance of timely cancellations.
Cancellation Policy Reminder:
Starting January 1, we will be actively enforcing our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so promptly to allow others to enjoy the courts.
S2 Pickleball Reservation Cancellation Policy
Be Respectful of Others' Time: Ensure all players on your reservation can attend or find a substitute if someone can't make it.
Cancellation Window:
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation will incur a $20 fee per court hour, charged to the scheduler’s account.
No-Call/No-Shows: Failing to show up or notify us will result in a $20 fee per court hour, charged to the scheduler’s account.
